1. Welcome and Introductions
Arig al Shaibah opened the meeting by acknowledging that McMaster University sits on the traditional territories of the Mississauga and Haudenosaunee Nations, and within the lands protected by the Dish with One Spoon wampum agreement (ref: IEC May 2016).

• Progress report on EDI Strategic Actions on the 6 Objectives listed in the Strategic Plan Document

• The floor was opened to questions/comments on what was presented

• Questions included accessibility of EDI work and updates on EDI in Research at McMaster

4. President and Vice-Chancellor David Farrar’s visit on Tuesday November 30, 2021 for 1 hour
