Join us for a reading and conversation with author Paige Maylott about her debut novel My Body is Distant, a memoir exploring transition, critical illness and self-discovery in alternate realities. We will be centering 2S & LGBTQIA+ staff, faculty, and students, but all McMaster community members are invited to attend!

Paige Maylott is the author of My Body is Distant: a memoir exploring gender transition, critical illness, and self-discovery in alternate realities. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, she is an avid gamer who enjoys collecting rabbit paraphernalia, eighties nostalgia, and caring for her adorable, but demanding, furry family.
